Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, our trusted delivery partner.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3 working days of receiving your order. Please note that processing times may be longer during busy periods, launches, promotions, or public holidays.

UK Delivery

Standard Delivery – £5

Royal Mail Standard Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days from the date of dispatch. During peak periods or public holidays, delivery may take longer than expected.

Express / Next Day Delivery- £10

Orders placed on a Friday will not be delivered on Saturday, even if express delivery is selected, and are expected to arrive from Monday.

International Delivery

International Tracked – £15

All international orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked.

Delivery times vary depending on destination and local customs processing. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

While we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by Royal Mail, customs, weather conditions, or public holidays are beyond our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier.
