Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@silvermelt.co.uk with your order number and reason for arranging a return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return shipping address as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When trying on jewellery, please wash your hands before to avoid any oil or dirt rubbing off. Store the jewellery in the original packaging when done. We will only accept returns of items that are unused and are returned with all original packaging intact. We won't accept returns of items that have been worn. 

Please note that we are not responsible for return postage- The cost of returning/exchanging an item is at customer's own expense. When you return goods, Please retain proof of posting from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us or be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. We would always advise to ensure securely packaging your return and use a tracked delivery service or courier. The refunded amount would reflect the cost of the returned product only excluding shipping.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as 'earrings' for hygiene reasons and damaged or worn items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items purchased in a 'sale/discounted items or gift cards.'

Exchanges
Please contact us incase you wish to exchange your item. Exchange of items depend on availability of the product in stock.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
